What we collect
When you send a project brief we collect your name, email, company and message. To use the AI assistant you give a mobile number; we may contact you on it about your enquiry, and we keep only a one-way code of the number to limit each number to five messages. We process the messages you type so the assistant can answer. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal. Assistant messages are sent to our AI model provider to generate answers and are not used by us to train models.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and respond to you, under agreements that protect it.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by email.
